Can I have a sample order?
Yes, we welcome sample order to test and check quality. Mixed samples are acceptable.
Do you have any MOQ limit?
For the first order, 1pcs for sample checking is available. After samples, the normal MOQ is 10pcs.
How do you ship the goods and how long does it take to arrive?
Small orders are shipped via DHL, UPS, FedEx or TNT (3-5 days). Airline and sea shipping are available for large quantities (15-30 days).
Is it OK to print my logo on the products?
Yes. Please inform us formally before production and confirm the design based on our sample.

Yes, we offer a 3-5 year warranty on our products.
