Can I place a sample order for lighting products?
Yes, you could have samples to review and test first before order placement. Then we will recommend the related products to save time.
What is your lead time for samples and mass production?
Sample lead time is 3-7 days and mass production lead time is 30-45 days after order placement.
What is your MOQ (Minimum Order Quantity)?
We have very low MOQ, you could even place 1pc of sample order to review.
How do you ship the goods and how long does it take to arrive?
We usually ship samples by DHL, UPS, FedEx or TNT (3-7 days). Sea transportation and air shipment for mass production orders are also available.
What is the order process?
First, please send us your request, and we will quote based on your requirements. After sample confirmation, you could place purchase orders, and we will arrange mass production after deposit received.
Is it possible to have my logo on the products?
Yes, OEM service is available for our series products.
